DO NOT ask us for your password or ask us to change them for you. We cannot see them and even if we could, we would not reveal them to anyone.
If you have lost a password, the ONLY choice that you have is to recover the password.
Determine which password that you are trying to recover.
Billing System: This is where you order services, pay invoices etc. and is located at https://client.webquarry.com/login there is a "Forgot Password" button near the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a screen that asks you to type the email address that is associated with the billing system. This will be the email address that you receive billing notices/invoices at. Enter that email address then go to that mailbox for to find a password recovery link. Follow that link in a timely manner as it is only good for a certain amount of time. You can then give a new password for the account. As always WRITE DOWN THE NEW PASSWORD AND STORE IT IN A SAFE PLACE. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email as well as your inbox.
Hosting Control Panel: This is where you provision resources in your hosting account such as databases, PHP settings, mailboxes. It is located on the server that your account is on. An example would be: https://rack19.fast-web-servers.com:2222 To. find out which server you are on, log into the billing system above and find the service as described in "https://client.webquarry.com/knowledgebase/15/Where-do-I-find-the-Hosting-Control-Panel.html"
In the "Hosting Information" tab near the bottom of the screen you will find the server name and the user name of your account.
You will also see the button "Log into DirectAdmin" at the bottom. Clicking that button will take you to the login screen for your hosting control panel. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are following the links for the proper account. The login link will look something like this "https://rack19.fast-web-servers.com:2222" except the "rack19" part will be different depending on what server you are on.
On the hosting control panel login screen you will need to enter your username and password to log in. There is a "Forgot Password?" link there that you can use to recover the password for the control panel. Enter the USERNAME for the account and you will receive an email at the email address on file that will contain a recovery link. Like above, use this link in a timely manner because it will expire in a short period of time. You can then give a new password for the account. As always WRITE DOWN THE NEW PASSWORD AND STORE IT IN A SAFE PLACE. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email as well as your inbox.
Email Account Password: The only way to recover an email account password is to log into the Hosting Control Panel and go to the Email Manager --> Email Accounts area, find the mailbox in question and click the three dots to the far right of it to set a new password. As always WRITE DOWN THE NEW PASSWORD AND STORE IT IN A SAFE PLACE.
If you have lost access to the email address that our systems have in place on file for you, Please open a ticket and provide the last four digits of the credit card that is paying for the account as well as a new email account that we could use to contact you. We can then put the email address in place so you can use the password recover techniques above.
